Robotic and manual painting with water-borne paints
Letoplast is a specialist in the application of water-borne paints onto injection moulded plastic products. We have 3 robotic (5-axes FANUC robot) and 1 manual painting lines, we meet our customer's needs and wishes.
High automation degree in the use of painting robots leads to reduced paint consumption. Another advantage is painting process stability (repeatability) and less rejected parts.
We own 2K mixing devices, have big experience with many ways of masking and bi-color painting. The maximum size of painted product is 2 000 x 1 000 mm.
