Letoplast is a part of a Belgium based family owned group of companies, in Czech Republic since 1994.
Letoplast focuses on co-design and engineering, high quality plastic injection moulding, painting and sub-assembling of parts for automotive, medical and TV & Audio..
We have been operating in the Czech Republic since 1994 and you will find us in Letovice, north of Brno. Our site has an area of 42,000 m2, of which 15,000 m2 is production and storage space. The Letoplast team consists of approximately 200 people

Robotic and manual painting - Water based painting (2 robotic paint lines and 1 manual) and solvent (1 new robotic paint line)
Multilayer painting - Water-based paints (primer, conductive paint, top coat, clear coat), solvent-based paints (primer, base coat, top coat, High Gloss, clear coat) masking & bi-color painting, 2K mixing device, and surface preparation using C02 or flaming.

Quality and Certification
Our metrological equipment allows us to verify the dimensions of parts, even the smallest of tolerances. We have a Wenzel 3D measuring device, which enables us to measure products with a size of 2000 x 1000 x 800 mm. We perform our own internal material tests in a condensation and climate chambre.
